I love this book! It is an awesome, modern, kitchen witchy take on the Sabbats. This book starts each chapter with a fairly brief discussion on each sabbat, it forgoes the Wicca 101 info, or the more scholarly stuff and goes right into traditions and activities you can do alone or with the family. There are many craft ideas,some of which have not been presented before in other sabbat books,and many that are good for adults and kids alike, as well as recipes and even cross stitch patterns. The instructions are pretty good, through and simply written, my only wish is more pics as I am very visual. This book is very fun and will get you excited for each sabbat and for getting your witchy crafting
